How to make your Posts look cool!

Have you ever thought that your posts are too plain? Are you becoming bored with the same old repetitive posting? Or do you just want to feel less generic?

Well, here's a solution!!! Make your posts look cool with some HTML.
What's that? You don't know HTML?!?!?! D=<

Well, that's ok. I'm here to help you. ^.^
Let's start with some simple stuff, what you need to make your posts.

First off, at the beginning of each Code, there is something called a Tag.
A Tag could be a few different symbols, but in this Forum, use this "[" and this "]". You use Tags to complete an action via HTML. Here's an example~

When you want to change the color of your text...
[color=blue]then put your text here.[/color]

Also notice that in order to complete an HTML action or command, you have to close it. You close the command by putting the "/" symbol in front of the action word.

You can also do many other things besides changing the color of the text. There's...making the text bold, italic, underscoring it, striking it out, and many many more.

In fact, if you look at all those symbols at the top of a new post when your making a new post, those are HTML short-cuts!!! They make it easy for fast posting. All you have to do is highlight you text that you want to be affected, and then click on one of those symbols!

If you hold your mouse over the icons briefly, they will tell you what their actions are.

First, you need to get an image. What's that? You already have one?!
Oh....well then I'd best move on then. ^.^

The next few step require something of you though.
There's this site called "Photobucket.com", and if you haven't already, you should go sign up and make an account. Tons of RPers use it, it's like their "picture Bible" of sorts.

On this site, you can upload your pic, and they'll give you a few easy ways to post it in a forum. They'll give you the link, and that's what is most important.
