Distinguished traits: White hair, curverd horns, and hooves instead of feet.

Personality:
Timid and quiet, Kaiteh dislikes sudden loud noises, and three is a crowd in her books. It drains her physicaly and mentally to stay around people, making her sick, so she generally stays away from them. She can often be seen hanging around apple trees, meditating to get her energy levels up. Not much of a fighter, Kaiteh will disappear into a cloud of white apple blossoms when startled.

Bio:
Kaiteh is a Epimeliad that was born somewhere in England, around 180 or so years ago. She was born to two Epimeliad parents, an older brother, and a younger brother.

During those times, there was an evil that had survived in England from the time when other ancient beings flourished and roamed the land; their natural enemy, the Gaueko.
One freezing winter night, the cold howl of the wolfhound could be heard, and Kaiteh was pushed with her younger brother Aisen towards a place of safety by her parents and older brother, Sonh.

Kaiteh and her brother waited their for a long time, but no one ever came back for them. When they went to investigate, upset and freazing to death, they discovered their family mercilessly slaughtered in the snow, and their home in ruins. In the smothering snowfall where Kaiteh was traumatized, she had to learn to force back her conflicting emotions to keep her younger brother happy, and to survive to the next day.

The two traveled accross England, and were lucky enough to not run into the one Gaoeko that killed their family. On another fateful freezing night, years and years later, Kaiteh was traumatized again as her brother Aizen fell ill with a violent disease that caused him immense pain as each day passed. Unable to ask for assistance from the unusual and unfriendly humans that they were afraid of, Kaiteh watched as her brother began to slowly succumb to the disease.

Begging for death that Kaiteh could not give, Aizen killed himself while Kaiteh was away foraging for herbs to soothe his fever. When she returned to find her beloved baby brother dead, she mourned loudly, screaming she couldn't use her voice anymore. Then she swore silently to herself on Aizen's memory to learn how to heal properly, and to never cause another harm except in self defense.

Taking her brothers Favorite item, a large bell, and tying it around her neck, Kaiteh tried to continue to travel throughout England. But she couldn't seem to find the energy or hope.

While wandering aimlessly one day with a clouded vision and fatigued from not taking care of herself, Kaiteh stumbled into a small herd of sheep. Falling to her knees and slouching, she looked emotionlessly at the blurry shapes that slowly noticed her. Collapsing, she remembers the faint sound of music.

Waking up with a fever, she found that she was unable to speak, and that she was in the care of a kind wandering violinist. Frightened at first, but too exhausted to flee, Kaiteh prpared for death and decided to give up her place on the planet.

Seeing that this strange girl had given up on living, the kind elderly man nursed Kaiteh back to health, and gained her trust and admiration, showing her the joy of music. She eventually gained the strength to live back again, and realised that she should live and honor her family. Unfortunately, it seemed that she still could not speak.

For a few years, the young Epimeliad traveled with the flock of sheep that found her and was taught about the violin and how to write by the man known only as Vincent. He came to know about her traumatic past, and one day while stopping in a town, heard news of a strange Academy for 'unusual' people. After investigating a little bit, Vincent returned to Kaiteh and told her about this strange Pheonix Academy. Feeling uncomfortable and suspicios of something of human origin, Kaiteh nodded and listened, but ignored it completely and filed the news into her mind with all the other strange human tales that the old man had told her over the years.

Holding onto the information, Vincent thought about it deeply very often, and eventually decided that it would be best for Kaiteh. Explaining it to her, Vincent handed over a special handmade violin that he had been making for Kaiteh for a while, and told her where to go. With that Kaiteh headed off slowly and mournfully, not fully convinced, but listening to the old wise man with an innocent and trusting heart.

Items: A bell necklace is always worn by Kaiteh, as it is the only memento of her family. It is hidden beneath her collar-shawl, and when she walks, a light tinkling sound can be heard.

Information- THE EPIMELIDES or EPIMELIADS were nymphs of mountain meadow pastures, the protectors of sheep flocks and goat herds. They were sometimes also the guardians of fruit-trees. The name Epimelides was derived from the Greek words epi- "protector" and mêlon "sheep" or "apple-tree." The dual meaning of the latter gave them their double role. Their hair was white, like apple blossoms or undyed wool.

In genealogical terms the Epimelides were not a clearly defined class of nymph. Their numbers seemed to have included Okeanides and Oreiades, as well as daughters of Helios the sun, and of the rustic gods Hermes, Seilenos and Pan. Even Nereides, such as Galateia and Psamathe, sometimes assumed the role of Epimelides in myth.

Epimeliads can be known to take the form of a sheep, but the more often they do it, the less chance they have of returning to their humanoid form. They are know to have the horns and hooves of a ram, and the disposition of a lamb.

Also, due to the fact that they have a dual disposition because of their name, Epimeliads receive a certain amount of power from Apple trees, and become more energentic and poweful when the trees are in full bloom or bearing fruit. It is said that sometimes more mature Epimelides may vanish into a puff of apple blossoms when spooked or when they fear for their lives. If there is an apple tree near by, whether it is in bloom or not, young Epimelides form a link with it when they are in the area, and may use the trees life force to summon it's fruit, leaves, limbs, or petals. If the tree does not have those things when the user is summoning them, the user will give an equal amount of their own life force, until the tree can provide such.

Physical-
Biology/Anatomy: White hair, like undyed wool, average human height and weight. Some may have ram horns and hooves in place of feet due to Epimeliad/Ram hybridization when Epimelides transformed into their animal forms to survive.

Racial aspects: Can take the form of sheep, rams, or apple trees. Can link psychically with apple trees and gain powers from surrounding nature.

Demographic-
Country of origin: Greece, but they shortly moved on into different parts of the world. For a short time, they flourished wherever apple trees grew. Those that wandered where there weren't any trees, were forced to take the physical and mental form of sheep or rams.

Culture: Eipimelides are nomads, constantly traveling from place to place. At first, they would travel from place to place in hopes of finding more of their kind. But when they found only others, and most none too friendly, they began to move around in hopes of finding a safe place to live.

Religion: They believe in the spirits of the trees. They used to be worshipped themselves as gods of apple trees and the protector of sheep herds.

History: During the long travels of the Epimelides, they encountered many different races. Among one of them was an evil hound known as the Gaueko. It would only come out during the coldest nights of winter, and for some unknown reason, would hunt the Epimeliads. Not much is known about it, but because of the Gaueko's massacres, the Epimelides have an unnatural, hysterical fear of canines, and will draw on massive stores of life force from surrounding nature to unknowingly escape in a cloud of apple blossoms. It is a dangerous power that they use as a last resort, like a fight or flight mechanism. The nature that they drew the life force from dies instantly afterwards.

Hybridization problems: The only known problem is the lack of connection between them and nature.

Abilities:
Healing, has the power of light and life aka can heal and make things grow. The Sun and Fresh Water refreshes and gives her energy. When the Moon rises, her energy decreases a little.
Not a special ability, but she can make clothes.

Bio:
Shy yet bold, this fun-loving girl rarely says no, and always seems to be looking up. She gets easily excited, and is very kind to everyone. Also not very talkative, she keeps most of her thoughts to herself.
Due to her parents' mysterious deaths, Pan was raised in a small village by her Uncle Yowen from a very young age. The village was in the countryside, and in the mountains nearby, there were always beautiful flowers and other wildlife. Pan found this out due to her adventurous spirit. She soon wandered into the mountains almost daily to gather flowers and herbs, for she helped at her Uncle's medical clinic.
It was only a few years later that it was discovered that she could make things grow when others couldn't, i.e during a drought, and that when she treated the injured or ill, they would always recover, instantly. Pan considered it normal, for she could do it since before she could remember. But when her Uncle found out, he became worried about what the villagers would think, and told Pan that she should be careful with her powers. Being the good girl that she was, Pan just smiled and went along with it, thinking it all good fun.
A few years after that though, when she reached puberty, Pan discovered that she could also summon and control lights during the day, lights that could float and make whomever they touched warm and happy. But the more she used her powers, the more she noticed something.
She also started to glow.
It didn't take long for everyone in the village to notice that their beloved flower girl was glowing during the day.
But unlike what her Uncle predicted, the villagers came to love Pan even more, cherishing her. They had already appreciated her for her healing and genuine kindness, but now they considered her to be an angel sent from heaven to protect them.

For many years after that, Pan lived in peace and happiness, along with the villagers, who had become like a family to her. When she received the letter from the Mail Carrier, she didn't quite know what to do. She was as happy as could be.
When she showed it to Yowen, and all he saw was a normal letter for a higher level of education.
Surprised and a little confused, Pan tries to explain about the letter to Yowen. Believing her, Yowen signs anyway, explaining that she couldn't stay in this village forever, and experiencing new things is the best adventure of all.
When he put it that way, Pan felt relieved and excited to be going to a new place.

Additional Notes:
She loves to read, and when she isn't paying attention to anything in particular, her mind will wander. Carries around certain emergency supplies in her gigantic bag of epicness.

Appearance:
Long, fine hair that is usually tied in more than one strand. She likes to wear either large shorts and a sleeveless shirt, like a light shirt(picture), or a halter top. She also wears a sleeveless mini dress over her shorts.
During the colder months, Pan wears a really big long-sleeve shirt/jacket over a shorts jumper. She'll carry around a blanket in her large bag. (refer to pic for bag size)
Pan can make her own clothes, and she normally gives them very large pockets. She loves pockets.

I love: Playing the violin, hangin out in trees, watching the stars, watching the clouds, and hot chocolate.
I HATE: Scary buff people, when there are no clouds, when there are no stars, sudden loud noises, and watching people suffer.

It feels like a dream, but: Uri lived with her grandparents after her parents died of a strange illness. At least that is what she was told. Since her parents worked abroad as doctors, she really didn't have much contact with them.
Uriel spent most of her time outside, and that is how she came into contact with an injured sunkern. She managed to bring it to the daycare center where she met her first friend, Whitney. Whitney was a pokemon breeder who showed Uri how to care for pokemon. Then one day, Uriel's grandparents decided to move to [blank], and she was seperated from her friend.
She dreams of one day having her own pokemon daycare, and aspires to be a breeder, after she travels the land as a trainer, and gets to know pokemon better.

I look in the mirror and see: A girl that is warm and caring, but is moslty gullible and spontaneous. And quite naive.

Bio: Born to a mother that was too young to take care of her, Arisa was sent to an orphanage, where she spent her while life. When she was there, she learned that humans can be cruel and that most relationships of any kind often end up in betrayal. Otherwise, how could so many kid have been left abandoned like that. Due to her quiet disposition, Arisa was puched around a lot, and ended up always being the one stuck with diong the chores. Luckily, because of this, she learned how to take care of herself.
Aound the age of 12, she became friends with a new kid that had arrived in the orphanage named Sennel, the only one that was able to worm his way into her heart. She considered him to be like a brother, and for once in her life, she was happy. Two years later, Sennel was adopted and Arisa was left alone once again. Years passes, and when Arisa turned 18 and was forced to leave the orphanage, she looked up where Sennel lived, not really knowing what to do with herself yet. After about 3 months of search and travel, during which she did quick odd jobs for a meal and bed, Arisa finally found Sennel.
Unfortunately, he was in bed with a terrible illness that was slowly killing him. Destraught with sadness, Arisa stayed by Sennels side as he slowly succumbed to his disease, losing his mind and memory, and then dying quietly in his sleep.
After Sennel's death, Sennel's mother, grief-stricken, took Arisa aside and gave her large sums of cash to find a place to live and get started with her life, which is what she wanted Sennel to do.
Greatful towards Sennel's mother, Arisa headed out with a heavy heart, and used her skills from taking care of Sennel to obtain jobs in the medical field. Her wandering through the world has brought her to this small town where she plans to stop traveling and live her life in relative peace.

Personality: Strong of heart and mind, this girl loves animals sometimes more than humans, but can't stand to see any living thing in pain. She is also very gullible, even though she does not trust humans.
